Phil Soroko joined RJR in 2012, bringing over 30 years of experience as an executive and consultant in the supermarket and food manufacturing industries. He resides in Birmingham, AL, with his wife, Tamara. His expertise lies in total store concept development and operations, specifically focusing on culinary research and development, deli, and bakery aspects within conventional and specialty hybrid concepts.
